Through super-heating at 30,000°F, plasma ceramic particles are fused to the surface of the pan, creating a super-hard, textured surface that enhances the bond with our exclusive coating. The hard-anodized exterior of this premium cookware is shot-blasted and extremely durable, resisting scratches similar to stainless steel.

With its oven-safe capability, this cookware allows for a seamless transition from stovetop to oven for finishing meats, browning toppings, or baking.
